Position OverviewQinetiQ US seeks a Capture Manager with a demonstrable record of competing for and winning complex deals.
Candidates should be well versed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, execution of captures using a multi-phase framework, and able to lead complex tasks including solution development. The ideal candidate possesses a portfolio of wins, can-do attitude, curiosity, and a desire to lead effectively and kindly in a fast-paced environment.
The Capture Manager will lead pursuits from qualification through submission. The candidate will report to the Chief Growth Officer and will work closely with senior leaders across the enterprise to execute account growth strategies.
ResponsibilitiesThe salary range for this role is $135,000 - $175,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
