Qualifications Education/Certification/Licensure High school diploma or GED Texas driver’s license and pass MVR driving record check - must meet eligibility requirements for CCISD motor vehicle insurance Special Knowledge/Skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience Requirement determined by supervisor Major Responsibilities and Duties Maintain a routine schedule of changing filters to ensure good air quality in all district facilities Be flexible with work schedule to respond to emergencies at night and on weekends when needed.
