Our team of customer service rockstars uses both human expertise and AI-driven tools to manage calls and interactions, allowing contractors to focus on their core work. What You'll Be Doing
Handling incoming customer calls with professionalism and a smile.
Using ServiceTitan to manage customer interactions efficiently.
Providing support to customers with questions about their service needs.
Collaborating with a friendly and dynamic team to enhance customer satisfaction.
