Elevator Technician – Denver, Colorado You will be responsible for the successful completion of work aligned with Service, Repair, New Installation and/or Modernization while meeting both customer expectations and profitability measures. Job Responsibilities Monitors and analyzes the function of mechanical and electrical components as necessary to troubleshoot, adjust or repair the equipment. Performs preventative maintenance tasks including visually inspecting, manually cleaning, and lubricating elevator systems and components in a controlled or non-controlled climate field setting. Establishing and strengthening business relationships with owners, property managers, building engineers, and union business agents is a key part of this job. This is a safety sensitive position. Qualifications Requires a high‑school diploma or GED and 2+ years related work experience as a mechanic or technician in a commercial setting. Must have demonstrated strong mechanical reasoning and comprehension skills plus hands‑on mechanical aptitude. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis. Relocation assistance may be considered. This position requires the ability to work independently with little supervision.
